This, even then it's not like they can control the power on a whim. Naruto couldn't completely utilize it until the war arc.

This ones been popular lately.... The only people that usually say this are sasuke faps who in all their wonderful hating of kurama forget that sasuke has had a hand out for most the manga himself. The only time he hasn't had one was before the curse mark, and Inbetween the itachi fight and getting his ems

I'd say yes. Its a 2 vs 1 but not the way most people see it. Naruto's story is one about the boy who came to "control the power laying dormant within him." That's a very basic and important part of who naruto is. So you can't take that away and think the story would be the same.
If you give every single shinobi in the world their own kurama naruto would not be as legendary as he is now. He'd be like a jounin. Now people might talk about clans but Naruto is an uzumaki. He has larger reserves than most shinobi and he's also a transmigrant, thus giving him a direct advantage in adapting to sage stuff (like senjutsu). Sasuke is an uchiha, and also indra's transmigrant so you can't take his eyes away and expect him to fufill his "role". He was born with the power to awaken those eyes and control them to their full extent while others are not. Naruto was born with the power to adapt to senjutsu easily and with high reserves and that can't be taken away also.
