False: He speculated on Itachi's illness based on the fact he wasn't performing well against Sasuke.

Fact: He explained the abilities of Totsuka Blade and Yata Mirror. And stated those 2 weapons COMBINE make him invincible.

True: The Gokage could not detect Zetsu, but Sasuke was struggling against them. Obito admitted that Sasuke was used to weaken them, but failed, hence, his sudden rescue.

Misleading: He was assigned to capture the Feudal Lords. He was eventually defeated by the Mizukage group. Also, at the Samurai Country - when Naruto and Kakashi meet up with Sakura and Sasuke - at the end of the Naruto and Sasuke scuffle, Obito said Zetsu was weak to fight them off.

Misleading: Madara with the assist of Zetsu, planned that moment and the reason it caught Minato and everyone from surprise.

You couldnt say this thing is the strongest when there actually exist the real strongest one (and you know it) even though one power is derived from it. Strongest here pertain to the ultimate one, it cant be two/three but only one in this regard.
