Will Slug Sage Mode ever be shown?

Frog kata it's taijutsu specifically acquired from Frog SM, hence the term frog kata. It's the ability to use the frog's taijutsu through the use of frog SM, it's simple as that.

Every SM user has unique abilities, Naruto had frog kata after being taught by frogs, Kabuto gained the ability to shed his skin and cast sound genjutsu because he was taught by the snake sage, therefore Hashirama's ability to heal would have come from Slug SM because only slugs have the ability to heal like him.

we have 2 master who have Perfected Sage Mode and they are naruto and hashirama

others are all Imperfected Sage Mode user

any 1 cant master Perfected Sage Mode

but some can master Imperfected Sage Mode
