like in another thread he awaken Rinnegan this is what really happen he is not born with Rinnegan instead he awaken it at some point. Kinshi and Kaguya also born without Byakugan just a plain white eye.

This could be a possibilities which mean he maybe just have a potent powerful body from Kaguya kinda like Naruto (Senju and Uzumaki abilities) with no doujutsu power. After he seal the jubi inside his potent body then he acquire Rinnegan, just like how Kaguya eat shinju fruit to get Rinnegan/sharingan.

Hagoromo children is born with both of his power one with ocular power and other with powerful body. This kinda what maybe happening but i look upon the next episode to wrap it out.

Ppl just because SP creates something that ties into the original story doesn't make it Canon. It's still something that the studio came up with on their own. Hagoromo could have very well been born with no doujutsu at all, but unless it's officially stated that this is canon then it's just filler
