The 'authorship' of Naruto doesn't matter. They're canon if you want to believe they are, and really- why invalidate things for yourself, you're ruining the experience for yourself.

Ignore NB, enjoy the canons, anime and games. It's all Naruto. Never got why people enjoy denying it.

I just don't get it, Kishi approves them as part of the world he created, he's letting one of them expand his world with the new Boruto manga not written by him...

Canon is whatever the people that own the series consider part of the story. Shueisha owns the majority of Naruto and they put the novels into the official timeline, making them a part of the story.

Not sure where:

1. The nonsensical notion that fans can determine what is canon comes from.

2. That something isn't canon unless Kishimoto comes out and says it when the majority of the rights to the series isn't even owned by him.

That's a feat given to her in official material published by the right holders to the franchise so yes, she can. That's the only correct answer.

Deva Path didn't take any sort of serious damage from the explosion of Kn6's Bijudama, just a torn cloak and scuff marks, so the Strength of a Hundred Seal would obviously nullify that damage completely.
