The Sannin 2.0

I remember being so happy when the team 7 kids reunited and summoned their animals making them the 2nd Sannin. I also wish they gave sasuke and sakura sage mode I say this because

A. It would be awesome to see the slug sage mode and it would have made sakura more relevant in terms of power

B. Sasuke manipulated nature energy when he used kirin?seems akin to Sm abilities

C. Giving sasuke Sm wouldn't really make him op or anything it kind of just became a utility after bm, ems Rikudou chakra ect was introduced

D. This would have been the best way to kill madara with the senjutsu of the Sannin 2.0 and it just would have been badass in general.

As I said in post it wouldn't buff him so much Sm really took a back seat in the war arc though I do agree it would have been awkward to write it in there maybe after he kills oro he travels to snake land and gets it as he became oros successor at that point. Plus I thought it was lame how he went in to fight itachi with a 3t even though itachi said that would be useless. It could have been a nice insurance policy for him. Last point is whats the go with kirin? How can he just manipulate natural energy like that? Makes sence that he would at least be compatible with it

Sasuke was capable of using lightning mode ever since he faced Raikage because copy jutsu gg. But Kishi won't allow it because his base speed was already way too fast.

People love it or hate it I for one am a fan and thought it should have been revealed in the war arc that way it would at least be believable for sakura to be able to punch kaguya in the horn. What else do you think slug Sm could bring to the table? Maybe 100% katsuyu (what ever that is) or maybe the ability to use acid senjutsu? Idk hey.

That's Byagoku though. At least that Tsunade's design. Its gotta have a new appearance to establish her SM.

OT: Sakura having genjutsu would be much better than SM. The whole SM idea is a redundant concept so FSM is enough. Same thing for Sasuke, SM is a body power so it would be ridiculous if he had this.

there are a few problems with your logic:

1. the fact that Madara could've just about killed Sakura with the effort it took for him to breathe by the time he became JJ made her having a mode moot.

2. All the good luck charms in the world weren't going to help Sakura's chances in landing a blow on Madara even when he had no eyes, let alone 1 or both of his Rinnegan.

3. Sakura has no offensive ninjutsu for a SM to augment in the first place, assuming the slug one is that similar to the sage modes Naruto and Sasuke had exp with.

It would be way too obvious that Kishimoto was trying to anoint them as being some sort of Sannin 2.0 if he wrote Madara out in such a cheap fashion, given the amount of effort that was already used to prop Madara up as an antagonist.

Most points are moot because if sake did have Sm we don't even know what she would gain from it besides the sensing and enhanced strength she might gain some new useful senjutsu such as being able to use katsuya sludge ect, however I do understand you even a Sm sakura is a flee compared to madara but I feel like she could still play a role as support like she always does just with Sm maybe she wouldn't get wasted so easily. Last of all anything would have been better than bz *** change kaguya should have just stayed as a myth.
