FTG technically a very easy Genin level Jutsu

Technically tenten should able to use ftg much better than anyone else because she transport things and hv thousand weapon+ her abilities in sealing, there is no reason for Jiraiya, kakashi and Tsunade or other high ranking ninja unable to use the jutsu because the concept of FTG is easy more easy than Kagebunshin.

To use it in battle is a different story. Minato's reflexes are unnatural for ninja to begin with. Most ninja would've lost in that battle against Obito even with FTG. It takes an elite ninja to use it beyond it's transporting capabilities.

Precisely my point it did though, I don't remember if it was anime exclusive, which is why I asked. If it was in the manga and it took 3 ordinary ninjas to do this Genin tech, then obviously it's not easy to do

It's an easy technique to you. A logical reason why 3 ninja would be needed to perform the technique is because it isn't a technique that just anyone can use. Not that complicated

Yeah and Katon, Bakkufu ranbu is "just" a fire technique. Its not the same. I agree that it SHOULDN'T be that hard to USE (making the seal is different and likely extremely hard), but USING it shouldn't be hard, however we KNOW that it takes 3 jounin level hokage guards to successfully complete it. If its so easy, how come even a sharingan user like kakashi never copied it?

I'm sure there's more to utilizing the Seal than your average Summoning Jutsu. The user has to remotely-activate the Chakra stored in the Seal in order to cause it to summon his/her self to that location, and typically techniques that require the user to control Chakra that isn't currently attached to one's own body are pretty advanced. Beyond that, as others have said, using FTG effectively in the midst of battle requires extremely precise planning and godly reflexes. Otherwise, the user is just teleporting into harm's way, potentially in a position where he cannot defend himself.

FtG needs the right formula according to one's chakra in order to work plus just because you learn a jutsu doesn't mean you can use it. Kakashi learned lightning blade but Minato said you need something else in order to dodge protectiles and control your movements properly. You need to be good at sensing and have great reflexes. So just because you appear right next to an opponent doesn't mean it's an easy win. But to be used properly requires other skills. If something happens right when you fly off somewhere else you need to be able to react in a split second to avoid it. Minato was nearly sucked in by Obito during the 9 tails attack but flew off in another location.
