Why would you want to downgrade him so much? The fodder seal (comparatively) was keeping him behind and Itachi got rid of it. MS Sasuke was a HUGE jump from CS2, and he has a friggin Rinnegan now. :|

Tbch I believe Hebi Sasuke > MS Sasuke until the Danzo fight on which they would be equal.

That's like saying SM Naruto > KCM Naruto, it's just not true and the exact opposite.

MS Sasuke is objectively a LOT stronger, he lost the curse mark (Nothing much tbh) and gained Mangekyo Sharingan.

CM Sasuke only defeated Itachi because Itachi was ill and he wanted that. MS Sasuke is a lot stronger than CM Sasuke. MS Sasuke could actually overpower Itachi.
