At vote 2 with narutos power and your manga Knowledge?
In VOTE 2 with the same circumstances? Yes. Because VOTE 2 Sasuke's chakra levels were low and his powers had limitations. Sasuke could compensate for his low chakra levels with Bijuus chakra, but there's no way to eliminate the power limitations. So Sasuke has the disadvantage there. And with that, I can easily use my knowledge to defeat Sasuke since I have the same amount of power as him.
Scenario 2 : You have narutos Power and a other dude has sasukes Power and the Same Manga Knowledge As You
If the other dude also has the same amount of knowledge, and the power level is already the same, then this becomes insanely difficult. The only way victory can be determined is by chance or luck. The skill level could also make a difference, but if you go by manga standards, that'd be a disadvantage for me since Sasuke is the more skilled of the two.
Scenario 3: You have sasukes Power and fighting against a Naruto with serious killing Intention but without killing him
With Sasuke's power, I can do anything. Although I have limitations to my abilities, I can still fight equal to Naruto in power, so that disadvantage can be partially negated. It'll be tough and even for the most part. But if I have the manga knowledge and smartness on top of that, I can comfortably defeat Naruto. If the other guy also has the same knowledge, and I already have restrictions to my abilities, then this would become extremely difficult and would be a threatening situation for me. The battle will still remain even though for the most part, but it'll be more difficult for me than the opponent guy. But unnerf me i.e. remove limitations to my power and I'll gain the edge.
Szenario 4 : You have 3 eyes madara Power vs sasuke Naruto and dms kakashi
I lose. Even if I'm unnerfed, I'll still lose. Naruto, Sasuke and Kakashi (as you mentioned) are all Rikodou level characters. That's 3 vs 1. They'll easily trump me. Yes, I'm individually stronger than each of them, and if unnerfed, I'd probably be on par with two of those characters together. But 3 of them take an easy victory.
