OT: Going by her feats displayed in her fight with Edo Madara (a mokuton, rinnegan, and EMS user with unlimited chakra) Tsunade could beat:

Sasori-mid difficulty
Kakauzu- high difficulty
Konan- Only if Konan hasn't had time to prep the field
Hidan- dispite his unique jutsu Tsunade's Byakugou is a great counter to it.

As you said. Debatable. If she knows she has to kill 5 hearts, it will help her not waste as much chakra right at the start. That's why I said high difficulty. Even with the knowledge she still has to beat him 5 times. But she is durable, can tank much more than Kakashi could, and can heal which Kakashi couldn't so she stands a better chance.
