Why am I comparing her to the earliest Part 2 Sasuke? Because her last "real" feat since the Kaguya Arc and backwards didn't put her over him, at all. She's a part 1 character who is a part of the Psuedo-Sannin group. That's kind of sad, considering both Naruto and Sasuke surpassed those levels a long, long time ago.

I'm not calling her weak based on her physical strength, everyone knows Sakura can break as many rocks as she wants to. I'm actually talking about her combat capabilities, which she is labeled as completely weak. She has all this power but Kishimoto fails to make her 'strong'.

Power is good, but it seems how much absorbed depends on the users reserves or ability. Also if they absorb too much they basically become immobile after the effect(s) wear off. To be honest I think Sakura is already too much in this physical category and this new addition (despite its obvious value and worth) still has Sakura being solely a one type fighter.
Biggest boost from the power would be increase in agility/speed.
