3. Sakura has more battle experience. Quality > Quantity (Since she started fighting Madara)

4. Sakura has an affinity to block genjutsu.

5. Sakura doesn't deplete chakra using Transformation.

6. Sakura has showed more ability in technical healing.

7. Sakura showed far more analytical skill.

8. Sakura was able to react to Kaguyas hands.

9. Sakura has more determination and will than Tsunade.

10. Sakura is much more proficient in Scalpels.

If you are to hold the novel as canon however, it would put Sakura on Hashirama level, due to the description of the Haruno clan as having unlimited with their inner selves, and being completely immune to genjutsu. However I believe Sakura was shown to be the peak of someone with no natural talents or enhancers like the Gates, still becoming powerful by determination to be a protector.

Yes, without being from a clan or having any special condition that provide her any advantage, she was able to become a great deal in her generation, she is the only female Jounin and the best or second medical ninja in Narutoverse.

She used them once with medical purposes, how can you tell? Besides, It's very likely that Tsunade taught her that.

Im not saying she is. I'm saying that the novels description of her puts her there. The novel was meant to do what the manga didn't and explain her abilities. The novel stated that the talented Haruno who awaken their "inner selves" had a sort of perfect jin state, with unlimited chakra and genjutsu invulnerability. If Sakura had unlimited chakra, meaning her seal lasts forever, she wouldn't take any damage, and she would be able to crush things. You have to take into account that the fact that Sakura could even react to Kaguya or keep up with that battle means that she is extremely fast for K11 standards.
Sakura is compared to gods and that is why she always seems weak in comparison.

The Nature of Sakura's abilities are limited by how much chakra she puts out. If she has the "unlimited" chakra the novel says she has, then her damage out put is limited only by if you can dodge her, and Hashi depends on his constructs touching you. Now of course bringer of darkness and all that would probably wreck her, but the general level, is what I'm getting at.

Although I already stated I don't agree with the novel making Haruno a gifted clan, because Sakura iseant to symbolize human limit.

But what I was getting at was there is nowhere in the Manga that explicitly states she has in any way, shape or form say she surpass Tsunade.

It does hint at it in that exact scan. Calculations have been don't on Sakura's biggest Shanaroo vs Tsunade's and Sakura significantly outclassed her. It never explicitly says Sasuke surpassed Itachi, but we know it to be fact.

Basically, what Hashirama said is the equivalent to Orochimaru saying that Sasuke would Surpass EMS Madara.
