Boruto - Still not yet byakugan but sensei with Rinnegan master Sasuke, maybe kishimoto give hint?
Hinata - since is byakugan princess mention by otsutsuki and have hamura chakura obviously she has potential to develop one because Toneri aim for her. She has the best byakugan compare to other clansman but no tenseigan so far. nerfted forever aint no fighting material.
Hanabi - she also has potential to develop tenseigan but she is not byakugan princess from the prophecy. But her eye develop tenseigan before but back to normal. Maybe she is not suitable with it?

Himawari - Tenseigan or Rinne Sharingan.. im waiting..
