Hashirama can produce a wood statue that can destroy Kyubi and Perfect Susanoo combo and still winning the fight with just sage mode. Ashura can use wired kyubi shape avatar. Hashirama wood can control bijuu while there is no prove show that Ashura can do similar feat. Hashirama power is very similar with shinjuu the God Tree ability such as to absorb chakura. Hashirama cell is powerful, not just it use to upgrade Edo-Madara, its function as tools to create Gedo Mazo, to reproduce White Zetsu army and enhance White Zetsu army power. He can auto rejuvenate, create a forest from no where and produce poison pollen.

Ashura and Naruto is born failure, hashirama is born as Senju prodigy. Hashirama renown as God of Shinobi, Ashura is nobody just another God of Shinobi son, while Naruto is 4th war Hero.
