Its weird how new gen always get big missions

Well we see in movies, fillers and even some canon part, how the konoha 11 gets the important missions, like for example , in movie 2 and 3 ,the threats were serious ,and the missions were given to the konoha 11 like ,neji, lee, shikamaru, shino etc. Wont it be more efficient as well as realistic for shino's father, chouja, nara shikau , ino's father or hiashi to get more missions. I mean basically they are the better versions of their respective kids, and it will guarantee a better succes rate. Even with canon episodes, the part where neji, choji, shikamaru, naruto and kiba went to pursue sasuke, werent there at all any other jounin or experienced ninja in the village? Well i guess orochimaru planned to manipulate sasuke at a time when konoha's jounin and other ninjas were very busy.
But i just think ,that the older generation should have gotten chance in filler episodes and movies, although they did show their skills in the final war

I dont know about the movies
but for the retriaval of Sasuke mission, all the jonin were busy.
Even when Kakashi finished his missions early, Tsunade gave him another one

I know, i mentioned it in my post, but isnt it risky for all your best ninjas to go on missions at the same time leaving the village completely prone to attacks. The kage alone cant deal with a complete armyO_O

I guess there are some left to protect the village
beside some had finished their mission quickly like Kakashi and Gai who returned

And like I mentionned, the manga focused mostly on Naruto, he always get in the spotlight
So the plot made the mission for genin for naruto to be in it.

That's true but to do a recovery mission against a sannin and the sound 4 was crazy. What if Oro & Kabuto met the sound 4 with Sasuke half way? Oro was sick and all but still. Just throwing away the 9 tails too.

and she stated that they had to do it quickly before sasuke crossed the border I guess

Yeah. Weird how she said that when Oro doesn't really have any borders. Couldn't have Kakashi or Gai there to fight fighter or it would've lasted seconds. Oro and his crew just casually invading the Lead undercover too :sdo:

He was a former root member...think i remember someone Saying that was why Itachi could enter undetected(being former anbu and having codes or something)
