In storm 4 it says the ten tails, obito, and Madara possess the power to destroy the world. It is something that has been stated in the manga repeatedly.

In my opinion Rinnegan and Kamui Obito >>> Juubi Jin Obito. Also apparently Madara everyone create black holes the psuedo kind

Obito as the juubi Jin got nerfed harder than madara. He couldn't even use kamui and then he got tnj'd. If obito uses kamui while a juubi jin he's unstoppable hands down.
