Let's not joke, please. Tsunade is not even coming close to defeat these people, she's one dimensional and predictable. She is mostly good as a support more than an active fighter in battles against really strong shinobi, she is too slow and linear to land hits on them and she can only heal herself to prolong her defeat.

MS Madara cuts her in pieces with Susanoo sword or mindrapes her with Sharingan genjutsu.

The Six Paths of Pain comically rape her. Deva Path alone is soloing easily. Deva Path was not overwhelmed by Kakashi or SM Naruto's speed, people who are far faster than Tsunade. He reacts to surprise attacks from Kakashi who moved underground. He reacts to KN6 and even outruns. Manages to dodge a SM enhanced Rasenshuriken (hypersonic) point blank after a surprise clone feint who he negged in the blink of an eye. If he wounds you in taijutsu you are doomed most of times because of the hax effect of the chakra rods that don't let you control your chakra (people like Kakashi, SM Naruto and SM Jiraiya felt that power). MS Sasuke blitzes her with far better speed, Sharingan precognition and Chidori, then cuts her in pieces with Chidori Eiso. Also mindrapes her with Sharingan genjutsu or puts a Susanoo arrow, too fast for her to do anything, through her head.

MS Itachi comically mindrapes her with Sharingan genjutsu or normal genjutsu, Tsukuyomi ends her quickly, not to mention Totsuka sword. Or Itachi dodges her linear and slow taijutsu, then puts a kunai through her head.
