Yeah, she wasn't at the hideout to hangout with Karin but KARIN was the person to help deliver her child. This isn't some random doctor lady they met as they were traveling. No, this was the person who was Sasuke's dear friend and helped deliver her child.

Comradery could also mean friendship, I read both translations and they have the same general meaning, Karin thinks her and Sakura are friends
