Strength has nothing to do with it. He's not stronger than war arc Kakashi who still had to use his sharingan to use it. It's about seeing where your going, that was the problem.

And his granddad, and father could move at high speeds, so he has that too

Kakashi had to use it on luck. That won't fly with Boruto.
He doesn't have byakugan yet and wasn't using it in the trailer. If Sarada is Sasukes daughter but needs glasses, then it won't make sense for Boruto, the son of a shinobi with no special ocular ability to have sharp vision.
Kakashi was extremely fast for a shinobi his age as well. He was able to get behind Minatos back, who was an exceptional sensor.

That's not an answer, and it's an extremely lazy attempt at one. Prodigy just means he's really smart. Being a prodigy won't put shields in front of his eye lids when he can't tell whats in front of him.

That's somethin that the fans made up. Kakashi didn't have a sharingan when he created chidori. You don't need the sharingan to proform chidori and there is no reason to think that any user of chidori does.

He can't see where he's going without the sharingan. If he starts using it blindly without knowing where he's going, then we will have effectively taken two steps back as far as the next generation surpassing the last goes.

It was lightening style rasengan. Its different.

First of all, how do you know that lol. Sasuke is training him, not Naruto. And Sasuke doesn't know how to use Rasengan.
Secondly let's assume that it is. As long as the lightning is still there the tunnel vision will still effect him.
