No he cannot. Limbo is merely a dimensional refraction of the real Madara, it's not a clone which possesses its own chakra pool, etc. Its abilities are identical to Madara's in a bodily fashion, ie Taijutsu, everything else is inapplicable.

"Not only will the jutsu user gain a duplicate of himself with an equal ability".. Equal ability is ability in general not just taijutsu. Also, a duplicate of Madara then how it could have the same chakra cloack as Madara and physical power which he gains by the chakra of Juubi/Hashi SM? It doesn't make sense...

I said it's a dimensional refraction, not a clone. It doesn't have chakra, so ''equal ability's'' meaning can vary depending on the context.
