We know that they can see chakra and the color of it and what not. And from that they can determine the jutsu and predict the movements and what not.

The constant surge of chakra from the seal most likely renders such precognitive abilities useless, because it's constantly at work, and constantly running through your veins, which would explain Tsunade landing mutiple hits on Madara, and him always being caught of guard by them.
Especially given her fighting style, when the seal basically controls her chakra for her.

But this only goes for byakugou user, jinc's are different their chakra is form externally, so it isn't disrupting their system.​

Inner Sakura has a will of her own too. She may be the reason why dojutsu users can't read Sakura's movements and she always seems to slip into their blindspot.
