Half way in, Sasuke will amaterasu the whole kamui land and use Amenotejikara to come back out into the land of the living. Then quickly launch series of attacks on Obito. That will force Obito to tang or kamui his body parts into the kamui land. Those body part will get hit by the amaterasu that is already taken over the whole kamui land.

And how exactly will the bijuus help him beat Obito? While we're at it, what exactly can Naruto do to counter Obito who can use Kamui to its full potential?

In fact, Rinnegan has the best chance out of all powers of countering Obito with dual MS. Since raw power isn't going to work. Tactical effectiveness and versatility is more important.

The Bijuu let him overpower Obito's Susanoo and obliterate it. W/o them, he can't. His Susanoo would lose since Obito has Kamui Shuriken and the offensive and defensive power to match. Whether or not Rinnegan can counter Dual Kamui doesn't matter when this guy falls to Obito's PS, Kamui Shuriken, and maybe Juubidama if he can get it off.

The bijuus cannot help him overpower a Perfect Susanoo. Don't use mere assumptions to put Naruto above. Naruto's bijuus will provide Obito's Susanoo with just as much difficulty as Sasuke's own PS. There is nothing special about Naruto's bijuus that can distinct it from Sasuke's PS in terms of power. Plus, Obito's intangibility will be a huge factor for Naruto since mere firepower is completely futile.

And Sasuke has an advantage because of his Rinnegan, presumably. Whether or not Obito's Kamui can counter Deva Path abilities like Shinra Tensei is still unknown. Chances are Sasuke could use them to beat Obito if they have effect. Plus, techniques like Ameno are massively useful in tricky situations like these. Ameno has even more potential and battle superiority than FTG. Things like putting an opponent in between several attacks is haxx as f*** and Ameno could come in very useful if accurately timed. Naruto has no such tactical advantages over Obito, and having tactical advantages is the ONLY thing that can defeat this Obito. Which Sasuke is superior in.

If he can somehow bind him first, then yes. But he can't. Not to mention Obito would just phase through it with Kamui, so there really is no point.
