I'm tempted to say Kurama can clear... But I'm willing to see some counter arguments. You didn't restrict Genjutsu for Itachi or Obito though, so that's a case against Kurama. Depends on if he can nuke them before they catch him though.

2 TBB from half kyuubi shrugged off the entire side of Sasukes PS
now we have larger TBBs (and stronger) plus a much larger beast who can manhandle his PS at CQC and nuke it off the planet with utmost ease,
sasuke gets wrecked
as for minato, not seeing how hes a factor when he cant teleport more than one TBB nor would he able to send them without getting caught in its AOE

Muu can go invisible and stay close to Kurama as to avoid getting nuked. He can immobilize Kurama by touching him and using weighted rock technique, then kill him with jinton. He can also delete Kurama's Bijuu Dama as it's getting prepped with
