Rinnegan Obito was not using his Rinnegan when he fought against BM Naruto, Kakashi and Gai himself (after his Bijuus lost), so it's basically this Obito, and it took Kakashi to figure the Jutsu out, and the only reason they were beating him is because he also had the Kamui to direct their attacks to Obito.
Here, Obito should be able to outlast KCM Naruto and then warp him.

Tell me how Obito can even hurt KCM Naruto with 13 KCM clones, all that can shunshin, go SM mode use chakra arms loads of rasengan, rasenshuriken variants, Cho Odama FRS.

There's nothing in the OP that states MS Obito has Rinnegan Obito's feats nor the uchiha fan.

You're kidding me. Can Obito react to Naruto's shunshin? I see a Minato vs Obito scenario going down, with Naruto winning because of clones providing openings, then there's chakra arms, Sage Mode, etc... Obito has no way to put down Naruto so he'll resort to warping which leaves him vulnerable to attacks from Naruto's clones.

If you're going to use that as an example, Minato was "toying" with Ay and Killer Bee at the same time but he most likely loses to Bee on his own.

It was a stronger version of Obito, and Naruto didn't use the full extent of his abilities.

But then naruto's striking speed comes into play & we already know that obito is faster than that. Either intangibility avoids the strike then obito counterattacks or obito teleports before naruto lands the hit.

Naruto isn't instant, yeah he's been compared to minato but that's simply because his shunshin speed was too fast for whoever was witnessing it to track, that doesn't mean he can do what minato did though. Naruto can't appear above obito in the middle of an attack, he needs FTG to do that.

Obito has avoided naruto's chakra arms w/o even resorting to intangibility, they'll hardly be a problem.

Thought this was just KCM naruto? KCSM Naruto [if that's even a thing] would probably win if obito doesn't at least have the GM for support. He'd be overwhelmed & forced to retreat & w/ ma/pa naruto can constantly absorb senjutsu, so outlasting won't be happening either.

Obito made a clone disappear via madara's gunbai, he can use his massive shuriken to do that exact same thing & since we already have a canon demonstration of how KCM naruto + clones fare in cqc against obito then they all get killed, obito will have enough time to warp naruto away since his taijutsu w/ intangibility is above his.

What is slow about KCM Naruto's striking speed? It's faster than Minato's striking speed yet Obito was unable to react to him even though he was looking at Minato until the moment Minato got him. Naruto can replicate when Obito materializes to warp a clone he gets behind Obito with shunshin and lands a hit on him since Obito has his focus on the clone. Naruto can also increase his striking speed by using chakra arms to quickly close the reamining distance like he did against Muu. Onito using teleportation for suprise attacks is useless because multiple sets of eyes alon with negative emotions sensing would detect him quickly.

Naruto's shunshin is on par with V2 Ay's, who could not be tracked by MS in canon. While Obito is focused on making contact with the clone to warp it, Naruto will shunshin behind Obito who can't react to Naruto's attack when he's warping the clone.

Even if Obito warps several clones, that just leaves him vulnerable to them attacking his body from the other dimension with chakra arms when they materialize.

Not in the situation he will be in when he can't see his attackers from the other dimension. If Naruto combines a chakra arm with his striking speed and top shunshin while Obito is distracted by a clone then he could land a hit.

KCSM means Naruto can combine his senjutsu chakra with his Kyubi chakra. I don't think that means Naruto can't use Sage mode in KCM as long as he's not fusing those types of chakra to enhance his jutsu.

Giant shurikens can just be intercepted with chakra arms like Naruto did against the boulder Nagato tried to crush him with. And a gunbai is a superior weapon to those...KCM Naruto wasn't using shunshin against Obito though or use more than two clones.
