Well Naruto has reasons to not teach him anything. Because Boruto is hyper active just like how Naruto in childhood. Naruto afraid that if he learn shadow clone or any other stong techniques Boruto also try Harem no jutsu. The last thing naruto want is Boruto learning Harem no jutsu.
