Between Naruto and Sasuke, Naruto is actually in a better position to beat Madara. Naruto has chakra from all the bijuu. Manga has already shown that if he can weaken madara enough, the bijuu chakra in him can call out to the ones in the juubijin and rip them out.

But I still think Madara takes this.

Via feats Madara looses badly, if you give him all of the abilities he's supposed to have he should win.

Naruto can manage to win this if he pulls out the Ashura Avatar. But without PIS like in VOTE2 i can see Madara preventing Naruto to absorb the Nature Energy and defeat his normal avatar eventually, leading to a mid diff win.

I used to think Naruto would win though now I think Madara would win by portrayal.

Though Madara isn't at Hagoromo's level, I don't think he'd be below half his power anyway...




Regardless, Naruto does have a way of defeating Madara and that's through extraction. Though he has more of the Bijuu chakra, the Tailed Beasts will be working against him so it should work if he's weakened enough. I'm also not so sure how he'll regenerate if there's no trace of him left. As in nothing left to regenerate from if he gets completely obliterated. Hidan was also immortal but what would happen if he gets hit by a Bijuudama? Madara by the same Rasenshuriken variations that Naruto used against Kaguya all at once?

I'll go with Madara High dif if Naruto uses Ashura avatar and Multi Shadow clones unlike the fight against him. The same fight in which Madara didn't use PS nor Mokuton clones.
