Sasuke is has mastered chidori since the beginning of part two, and busted a meteor with it in the last, and has sage of the six paths yin chakra, I'm pretty sure he can bs his way through any jutsu. Probably a different variant of chidori, using metallic (the sword) as a catalyst for electricity.
