Itachi has superior shurikenjutsu based on feats (managed to blind rinnegan summons undetected, tied with sasuke in shuriken throwing without aids from weapon summoning jutsu whilst being half blind ,and still managed to cast a shadow clone)

He obviously also has superior pain tolerance and genjutsu

Speed = Itachi
Physical strength = Sasuke
Reactions = Itachi
Shurikenjutsu = Itachi
Genjutsu = Itachi
Skill with katon (excluding black flames) = Sasuke (by feats anyway)
Skill with Amaterasu = Sasuke (obviously)
Raw power of their strongest attacks, respectively = Sasuke (Kirin)
Stamina = Sasuke
Pain tolerance = Itachi (Using MS with a terminal Disease vs Just using MS)
Versatility = Itachi
Susanoo durability = Sasuke (Could be even given that Sasuke unlocked Armored Susano'O as his final feat for MS, but Sasuke has a stronger type of Chakra)

Opinions in Bold, felt like the last two were already kinda covered by other ones. So didn't include them.

Genjutsu - Itachi
Skill with katon (excluding black flames) - Sasuke

How does Sasuke have better Susanoo durability when Itachi's Susanoo is equipped with Yata?

itachi wins overall...!
sasuke wins in
skills in katon
skills in amaterasu i.e kagesuchi
stamina
Versatility
Yasaka Magatamas vs Susanoo arrows is debatable as one is kind of a pin point attack while other is wide range attack..! Yasaka is stronger in terms of damage over area but susano arrow if hit would kill most people...!

Where is everyone drawing the conclusion that Sasuke has more stamina?

1. He's already shown to maintain Susanoo longer.

2. DB.

This is assuming we are talking about Manga Itachi and not Healthy Itachi.

2. DB.

This is assuming we are talking about Manga Itachi and not Healthy Itachi.

You're referring to his fight against Danzo right? Not a fair comparison considering that before sick Itachi pulled out his susano'o he did the following: Used 2 Karasu Bunshins and sent them to Sasuke and Naruto before Sasuke reached the hideout; he then used genjutsu 3 times against Sasuke; used another Karasu Bunshin; then Tsukuyomi; proceeded to use Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu twice; then used Amaterasu twice on a pretty decently big scale. Yet Itachi was still capable of mainting all levels of his susano'o for a fairly long time, and then even still had enough in him to use a fuinjutsu on Sasuke to plant his Amaterasu into him.

I think the most important thing to be noted is that Itachi used 3 bunshins in that fight, as well as 3 MS techniques before revealing his suano'o. Karasu Bunshins was stated to take less chakra then Kage Bunshins, but they're still bunshins nonetheless, and are chakra taxing. Tsukiyomi and Amaterasu is self explanatory. I believe Itachi's stamina feats surpass Sasuke's.

This is MS Sasuke and MS Itachi.

Speed I Better speed. Fast hand seals.
Physical strength Even Both seem even.
Reactions I Itachi reacted to kirin
Shurikenjutsu S Sauce used shuriken against Deidei and Itachi. Good use of them.
Genjutsu I No explanation needed.
Skill with katon (excluding black flames) I Itachi learned faster than Sauce. IMO, better stamina, itachi would win decisively.
Skill with Amaterasu S Sauce specialty
Raw power of their strongest attacks, respectively S Sauce is more destructive. Black fire + lightning + susanoo arrow.
Stamina S No explanation needed
Pain tolerance Even Both suffered a lot.
Versatility Even Itachi has crows, genjutsu, taijutsu, etc. Same with Sauce. He has summons, taijutsu, ninjutsu, etc.
Susanoo durability Even. I with Yata Yata tanks all.
Susanoo offensive power Even. I with Totsuka Totsuka blitz.
Yasaka Magatamas vs Susanoo arrows (which is overall a better asset for Susanoo?) S Susanoo arrow is too fast.

Take into account what Sasuke went through earlier that day. Battled Raikage and Co. (multiple Amaterasu uses, ribcage Susanoo, genjutsu and chidori). Battled Gaara and Co. (V2 Susanoo, multiple Amaterasu uses). Battled Mei (ribcage Susanoo, suffered painful burns due to acidic mist). That's more than crow clones, one use of Tsukuyomi, a couple uses of Amaterasu and some 3 tomoe genjutsu/katons. Sure Karin healed him but not enough to restore his stamina completely when she to heal Sasuke's chest wound when all she had done earlier was .

And then Sasuke proceeded to spam Susanoo during his fight with Danzo.

-How much time was in between Sasuke reaching Itachi and starting the fight and Itachi sending out those clones? I'm pretty sure he had ample time to recover whatever chakra he used up on those two clones.

-He used 1 regular Sharingan Genjutsu, and then he used Tsukuyomi. He never used Genjutsu 3 times.

That's the end of Genjutsu 1, and this is the beginning of Tsukuyomi.

There's no Genjutsu battle after this, and everything before page 16 of 386 was one big Genjutsu battle.

-Yup. He did use a Crow Clone.

-Did use 2 Amaterasu and 2 Katon.

But after hat, the MS techs being the most consuming out of all the jutsu he managed to have Susanoo up for 5-10 at most.

Sasuke used Genjutsu against Danzo twice. He used Amaterasu while holding Susanoo up. Before that he had his V1 (briefly) and V2 Susanoo up. Then he summoned his hawk. After Danzo , he had Susanoo up till . Given the amount of eyes open at the and of this sequence, I can say that Sasuke had his up for a good 5 minutes. Not including everything that happened before. Then he hit him with a Chidori Spear and a Genjutsu. And he still had chakra left, albeit not much. While Itachi used Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, a crow clone, and a regular Genjutsu beforehand, the main things that'd consume chakra are the MS techs. Who knows how much crow clones use, but I don't think it's anywhere near 50%. Susanoo should use more, and that's what Sasuke relied on practically the whole fight.

Itachi used 3 Crow Clones, but like I said above, I'm pretty sure that the time in between Sasuke finding the fake clone and Sasuke meeting the real Itachi should be more than enough time to recover that chakra. Even more so considering we'd be measuring the moment the clone was used, to the moment Sasuke arrived. It's not like Itachi did anything.
