If we're talking about academy's timeline, then there is a slight chance, though i doubt it. Bolt doesnt' have kyuubi, the main power of Nardo, but he can surpass him in every other way. As for Sakura, well, here u may be right. Sakura was always useless, but Salad has Sharingan and is from Uchiha clan, so she can copy some jutsus. We can't tell what feats this white-haired kid has, so can't tell, but really I doubt about him surpassing Sasuke. Besides, there is no transmigration thing happening(and as we know the strongest shinobis were transmigrants), Sasuke and Naruto won't be surpassed for me.

Not really. You would have to restrict kurama, sharingan, and curse mark before any type of comparison could be made. Although all of them are still roughly featless.

Naruto learned Kage Bunshin at 12 the day he failed the graduation test.Boruto is the same age,and did it easily before the graduation test.
Clearly he atleast can use it at a younger age than Naruto.Although we don't know how much clones he can make.Sasuke was shown to be highly skilled at the begining of chapter 7,we didn't even see him in chapter 1 of Naruto,while in chapter 1 of Naruto Gaiden we see Sarada not worried by the test at all,and ChoChi being jealous of her.Sarada maybe as skilled or even more so than beginning of part one Sasuke.
