Perfect Susano'o is restricted here, therefore no meteors, and no abilities capable of busting CT.
Only V3 Susanoo is needed to summon Meteors. That can be used to destroy CT before it gets too large, and if used offensively, only CST has a chance of redirecting it. It canonically obliterated V3 Susanoo w/o a direct hit, so Sasuke can't tank it no matter what level of Susanoo he uses here. If Nagato repels it with CST, then Madara calls another Meteor and wrecks them both.
Then there's Full bodied V4. It'd break out of CT just like KN8 did.
His entire arsenal is either absorbed (Katon variants) or pulverized by Deva Path and Ashura Path (Mokuton - including Flower Tree World.)
Since when did Asura Path have the range or power to annihilate the Flower Tree World? Never. That's when. Deva Path is only going to work if he uses CST to wipe out the whole forest, but that's inviting Madara to molest him considering no Deva Path=Swift Death for Nagato.
The only legitimate threat here is v4 Susano'o and Wood Clones, Wood Clones are decimated by Sasuke quite easily, Gaara managed to block multiple strikes with his sand, which means these clones are extremely watered down and lack enough physical power to pose a threat against Sasuke's v3 or v4 Susano'o variants. They get diced up and put down quite easily by Sasuke alone, adding Nagato's assistance only makes this worse.
This just assumes that Madara makes 25 of them like he did against the Gokage and doesn't focus as much power as he can into them. Wood Clones increase in power based on how much power the original body pours into them. If Madara pours half his power into a Wood Clone, then he's basically made a Shadow Clone, but stronger. Meaning he'd bully Sasuke like a grown man would bully a little kid since his Susanoo>Sasuke's Susanoo. The original would bully Nagato too, considering he'd need his strongest techs just to counter Mokuton and Meteors.
Then there's the fact that even if it were 25 Clones. Sasuke's Susanoo doesn't have the power to "dice them up".
Now all Madara has left is his v4 Susano'o, it's strikes are either evaded with one of the flying summons, or repelled via ST,
Nagato's flying summons have little to no speed feats available that'd lead anyone to believe they can seamlessly evade the strikes of a Susanoo being manipulated by a Choku Tomoe EMS wielder. He can repel them via Shinra Tensei, but then the second slash gets them.
Sasuke can ignite the gem of Susano'o which would hinder his LoS.
Which would pretty much do nothing. His range is so wide that he only needs a general idea of where they are to hit them. Then there's the fact that they can't break Susanoo.
Madara's Susano'o eventually fades from continious damage by Sasuke's Enton/Susano'o arrows and Deva/Ashura Path variants.
Unless these attacks are doing something to begin with, his Susanoo isn't going to take continuous damage from things like Enton Arrows and Ashura attacks. The only thing that will damage it his CST, but he can't destroy it, and CST causes him to lose his Deva Powers for a brief period of time. In that time, Madara tanks the weak Arrow and Asura attacks and then obliterates Sasuke, and Nagato follows suit. So this strategy can't work either way.
I've yet to include Gedo Mazo in this equation.
Gedo Mazo is useless. Madara wins mid diff.
