How do you know itachi used V3? It could have been V4 but that'd destroy Yata Hype or it could have been skeletal which weakens Kirin's hype.

How do you know itachi used V3? It could have been V4 but that'd destroy Yata Hype or it could have been skeletal which weakens Kirin's hype.

Skeletal has been wrecked by attacks nowhere near Mountain Busting level.

It is obvious and what damage did it do to madara? Itachi took more damage his jacket was gone his susanoo was destroyed along with the uchiha hideout. Hirudora grazed the ground it could and would never have leveled the hideout like kirin did.

Mokuton was weakened, so Madara must have been knocked out at least. Whether or not Hirudora can level the hideout is irrelevant when we aren't comparing size, we are comparing power. V3 Susanoo protected Itachi from Kirin yet V3 Susanoo failed to protect Madara from Hirudora.

If Hirudora could destroy V3 Susanoo, then it would have turned Kisame and Gai (who suffered the effects of his own Hirudora when Madara blocked it with his stake) to shreds. And don't start with, against Kisame he used a weaker version. Hirudora is Hirudora, and the AoE was the same in any case.

it definitely wasnt. The Hirudora used against Kisame had a much bigger AoE. Against Susanoo it had a smaller aoe but stronger effect so that means its power is more focused when the explosion is smaller

Nope. You couldn't even see the full AoE of Hirudora when used against Madara, it was only a part of the shockwave on screen. And Gai can't magically decide how much power his Hirudora has. Otherwise Naruto could as well pump more Chakra into his Rasenshuriken to strengthen the attack (not considering stronger versions, like Chou Rasenshuriken).

Yeah, the binding of Madara's Mokuton became weaker, however it doesn't mean that his Susanoo was destroyed. Simple distraction could be enough.
