Probably team 2. Biggest threat is the toad chant genjutsu and brain damage, any other attempts at damaging the two are laughed at. If Shima tries to lick the two, they'd react in a similar bind to what Tsunade did to Orochimaru. Hitting the ground or large sprays of acid would help to move them about and hopefully do damage.

Don't really see the real finishing move they've got, to render both deceased.

Shima summons toad army and evaporates 10% Katsuyu with Goemon using Bunta's oil. The sages can use frog call to paralyze them then Gamabunta cuts them in half with his sword. Toad army can give them time to prep Frog Song. Fukusaku can cut them in half with his tongue too.
