I guess chakra vanish. In the case of Indra and Ashura, their chakra reincarnate. About Kaguya, her chakra is limited to those captured by the Divine Tree.

Compare chakra to energy. Energy isn't destroyed or vanished it transfers to different objects, so if you die it might transfer to the ground. Which makes sense since kaguya chakra came from the ground.

I think kaguya would be stronger now considering that they're more highly skilled ninja now then they were back then.

It probably gets converted to something else, at least the spiritual energy of chakra.
Parents chakra probably is passed down some way, which is probably why people of similar clans have similar chakra natures.
She was probably the same if chakra never vanishes. Although she didn't have all chakra since IT victims weren't drained, and team 7 had their chakra.

Chakra is attached to ones spirit from when they are born. It is inherited from the parents and When they die Their spirit and chakra cross over into the Pure World, hence it vanishes from the physical plane.

Kaguya from 1000 years ago had the full Kyuubi chakra instead of half.
Also, her and BZ were one so it is possible that she was stronger then :|

He doesn't because he's from a different clan, his blood relation with Hashirama isn't the same as Madara and Sasuke's blood relation who were both Uchiha, which is why Indras have Mangekyo and Ashuras have their own jutsu.


Oh, and Naruto's chakra in KCM can influence Mokuton jutsu (Yamato's wood release and White Zetsu were both affected by his chakra)

Kaguya was stronger in the past. All chakra was her's and that includes Hagoromo and Hamura. More chakra=More power when it comes to her power so I'm sure she was stronger back then.

First of all, after all human and other living being got chakra inside their body, all realms(reality realm, space/time realm, pure realm, kamui realm etc) inside Naruto universe have been modified to accept chakra as a common nature. New type of world have been created.

For the first question-

When person died, their chakra will stay with their body. Chakra are not foreign thing inside human body. When we separate real body and spiritual body, chakra will stay with spiritual body and not real body. Its because human soul was the origin/producer of chakra.

But when Shinju roots absorb human chakra, they died and its because Soul cant produce chakra at fast rate to replace back lost chakra.

There are proof that after person dies their chakra remained intact and not vanished. Example:-
1. Hagoromo Otsutsuki
2. Ashura and Indra
3. Obito
4. Past Kages including Edo

Like I said before. Chakra will goes with Spiritual body after they die and Soul is at the center and a producer of spiritual energy(chakra).

All chakra came from creator of NV but not Shinju(Shinju was one of NV god creation to collect natural energy). Shinju already registered to its creator that current NV is chakra base world unlike before Kaguya arrived.

Thats mean all new human chakra came from NV creator and not their parents, they just inherit their parents DNA.

No. Current Kaguya is much stronger if she manage to absorb all human chakra.

Its because, current Kaguya has Shinju and with all people chakra. She is stronger than her prime self.

But that if she have all chakra, if not Past Kaguya still stronger.
