Jinton can obliterate V3 Susanoo, Flower Tree World, Turtle Island, and has also done what the databook states it to do. It's true V4 Susanoo w/ Yata > V3 Susanoo, but when we take into consideration the fact that V3 would tank hydra heads with no damage (Yata's best feat) it's more likely for jinton to vaporize Susanoo than have it blocked by Yata.

Or you can also consider the fact that it is a Spirit weapon and it would make absolutely no sense to even introduce it if it was on the same/slightly better level of defense as a regular Susano'o.
