SM Naruto already reacted to Madara, who's Shunshin is far above that of Killer B's. Sasuke has no reaction feat on that level. SM Naruto's reaction against the Third Raikage far surpasses Sasuke's reaction feat against Ay. SM Naruto swung around his Nukite after he purposely waited till the last minute, and landed his counter attack. Sasuke only ducked.

He side stepped, easier to do then actually duck (no disputing). Plus teh fact the 3rd wasn't trying to kill nor was he even using a shunshin (fact), to end it all; That wasn't even him in control. Plot is what Gave naruto that blow basically.

Same with sasuke, Aye was not using shinshin nor anything close to it. Sasuke dodged a standard elbow. Nothing to brag about.

Speed feat wise, Bee>Sasuke.

It's easier to do what naruto did, it's a great feat but nothing to brag at since it wasn't a shunshin and just a standard running blow. The sasuke stuff wasn't towards you.
