I'd go with danzo, Sasuke was able to figure out danzo's sharingan abilities, Tsunade and sakura wouldn't. No way no how, Sasuke was Danzo's kryptonite. And if nothing else it ends in a tie, say the girls win, when he blows himself up

If Danzo can weave those hand seals before Sasuke hits him with a Susanoo arrow, Danzo can activate izanagi before Sakura punches the ground...not even taking into account the time it takes to enter Byakogou.

Then I CAN see the girls pulling this off. They're pretty hard to kill (especially when together) and have access to 10% Katsuyu.
