Gengetsu wins.

Oil makes Raiton ineffective and Joki Boy eventually blows him up, or gets snipe by water bullet.

That version of Kakashi would probably win. He's almost immune to Genjutsu and can very well destroy the clam. Kamui would get him rid of Gengetsu's Steam Imp. After that its a breeze.
The only chance i see for Gengetsu to win is if he capitalizes on the toll that Kamui takes on Kakashi. But, that's if Kakashi still strained everytime he used it by the time of the war (which i'm not sure) and if he uses it at least once before Steam Imp for Gengetsu to notice such opening. This is a higly unlikely scenario though.

Didn't see scenario 2. Gengetsu wins that one, Mid-High diff.

Since when? Cuz last I checked the only medium that bypassed sharingan is sound. Which Gengetsu isn't using.
The clam is capable of producing a mist with which its summoner can create a deceptive mirage...I think it can effect other senses other than sight...like olfactory? or touch? (This is just an assumption...correct me if I'm wrong)

All genjutsu at the end of the day effects all senses, the only difference between them is the medium In which its done.

Visual uses a visual cue to trap the opponent.(Look in eyes, look at finger, etc)
Sound uses a sound cue (once you hear the music(Tayuya), once the music resonates(ma/pa)
etc etc.

Oil is non-conductive

Actually I looked it up, and turns out it would depend on the type of oil.

The Mizukage's clone isn't pure oil(neither is the Mizukage) so raiton still works

So what's the medium for clam's mist? if it doesn't use visual cue then Kakashi can be caught...

gengetsu wins

I don't think sharingan can nullify this AoE/mist type of illusion.
its not a true genjutsu in the ''mind trap'' & aggressive sense.
but kakashi could prolly counter joki boi w/ its drawbacks

Actually it depends on the person adding components in oil. For resource purposes.

The American Petroleum Institute classifies oils into five groups. Group I includes oils that have been mildly-refined and possess very low electrical conductivity. Group II is comprised of hydrogen-treated oils that also have low conductivity. Group III and Group IV are more highly-refined oils used primarily as industrial lubricants with low conductivity. Group V oils possess high electrical conductivity and are not suitable for use as base oils because the electrical discharges can damage system components.

Let me get source before I continue.

Gengetsu wins. Kakashi will have to choose to Kamui either Joki Boi or Gengetsu; while he warps the clone away Mizudeppou one shots. Hydrification can avoid Kamui at the point of distortion as well.

Edit: Jōki Bōi one shots in scenario 2.
