Kakashi received all the Kamui powers enhanced with a portion of Rikudo chakra by his old friend Obito Uchiha, to help in the battle against the Goddess Kaguya; after obtaining both Sharingan and the Six Paths Power from Obito, Kakashi's abilities allowed him to threaten and harm Kaguya Ōtsutsuki, the Goddess progenitor of chakra. When both eyes are used together on the same target, the teleportation process works even twice as fast and the user can create two distortions at the same time and connect them. Kakashi could fully manifest a Rikudo enhanced Susanoo into its Complete Body form and use it together with his Kamui powers. Kakashi with regular 1MS in War Arc was already one of the strongest and deadliest people all around, but with both Obito's Sharingan + Rikudo chakra is one of the absolute strongest characters in the manga, a god tier, he alone could fight very well a stronger version of Kaguya than the one that Naruto and Sasuke together could barely handle. Hence the praise for his tactical and battle skills and feats by even Hagoromo, The Rikudo Sennin himself.
Kakashi is a genius fighter, probably the smartest overall, and Kamui powers are the most haxxed of all for both offense and defense, and they grant great support and versatility too; not only, Kakashi is enhanced with Rikudo chakra, in his body, jutsu and eye powers (

Also, if he can add the Kamui powers to his Susanoo Shuriken, he can add them to the Susanoo Sword too, logically. With his god level of reflexes and Kamui intangibility he can avoid any kind of attack by phasing through, he can also use Kamui teleporting at maximized speed having both eyes, faster than even Kaguya's S/T and that's when warping two people too at the same time (

And that's about Kamui Rakiri I'm especially going to talk about.Kamui Raikiri is DMS + Rikudo chakra Kakashi's haxxed ninjutsu that uses the cutting and piercing power of the Raikiri, Kakashi's original S-Rank Raiton ninjutsu, enhanced by Rikudo chakra, together with the haxxed phasing effect of the Kamui, for a quick thrust that is a sure-hit attack, without any risk to be countered or defended from. All the body phases though the opponent while only the armed hand is made physical when it slashes or pierces through the enemy. The pierced part of the body is warpèd away in the Kamui dimension. Kakashi's physical speed is also enhanced by Rikudo chakra to god levels: even Kaguya Ootsutsuki (the one who is more powerful than Madara, can dance between an army of Rikudo Senjutsu BSM Naruto clones and dodge Sasuke's surprise S/T Chidori like nothing (
