Bijuu PS tanked the explosion of 3 Bijuudamas and 3 Indra Senbons (whilst 3 Kurama avatars were highly damaged and previously, a standard PS suffered some damage from 1 Bijuudama and Chidori), so i would say the Susanoo layer is way more durable than Rikudou PS (don't know about the lightning human like structure inside it). Kaguya's Ash Bone went through the head of Kakashi's Susanoo like it was butter, so we don't know how strong it exactly is. Maybe it wouldn't be enough to bust Sasuke's Rikudou PS, maybe it would destroy the Bijuu chakra powered one. Who knows.

The part I stated isn't a no limits fallacy, assuming it'd do that to everything no matter the scale would be a no limits fallacy. She used 3 and pierced Kakashi's Susanoo, and the whole thing disintegrated after a little while, so it's safe to assume that to destroy the whole of Sasuke's, she'd need 3.

But assuming the Ash Bone can get through every defense (like some posters have done above) is a no limits fallacy.

yeah but the damage caused on susanoo still piles up over time
so if ash bones are all focused and used on the exact same part of the susanoo, then it'll be busted

True true, but only if you are talking about them hitting at the same spot at the same time, cause if one does no damage, then firing more repeatedly isn't going to deal any damage even if you are hitting the same spot.

It's unclear what the area of effect of the jutsu is. However, I'm pretty sure that everything
in the NV regardless of defensive power, would get disintegrated. Sasuke's PS is no different.
Considering Kaguya is the most powerful being in the NV, it stands to reason that her jutsu would
be effective against everyone else. So the number required to destroy all of the PS is undeterminable
because I'm not quite sure how much of the area will dissolve. But wherever it hits, a large chunk of the
PS will automatically be destroyed, so one shot towards the head and Sasuke goes bye bye.

If it is capable of piercing it even by a little then the Bijuu PS will disintegrate.

If it does not even put one crack in it, then there's no reason to believe that shooting more at it would do any better if one wasn't able to do anything to it.

It'll either take one to destroy it or no amount would suffice.
