By the start of the forth great ninja war which obito declared on the 5 great nations, they were about 80 000 shinobis and samurais on the side of shinobi alliance

1.by the end of the first day of war 40 000 shinobis left
2.after white zetsus confusion in the night let´s say -10000 so 30000 left
3.then also we have a few edo tensei who werent sealed the first day like kimimaru, chiyo, dan, kakuzo, asuma that we can asume took down a lot of shinobi so let's say -500 so 29500 left
4.obito's attack with the gedo mazou to darui's company, even if it was a quick attack it took down a lot of shinobi so let's say -2000 shinobis so 27500 left
5. madara throwing a meteorite over garaa's company which meant complete oblitaration of the company, the company of garaa was of about 20000 initially but after the second day we can asumme garaa's company was cut in half because of the casualties of the first day which were half his company, so madara took down about 10000 shinobi with the 2 meteorites so 27500-10000=17500 left
6.obitos uses the tentails to throw woodsticks to the alliance which killed like 1/4 of the shinobis on the battlefield
so let's say -4000 shinobi so 13500 left
7.obito releases the shinjuu tree which killed a lot of shinobi by draining their chakra, so let's say 3000 were taken down here so 10500 left
8.spiral zetsu attacks the alliance with the giant budda so let's say - 500 shinobis so 10000 left

of course most of this numbers are just an assumption but the fact of the matter is the war completely decimated the shinobis in existence, obito by declaring war nearly destroyed shinobis and the shinobi system too

Theres an exact number posted in the manga at the end of the first night or something like that. I believe it says after the first night the Shinobi Alliance's numbers were halved. You might want to update your info corresponding that info.

if you go to N.1 you can see that i did mention the lost of half their numbers which is 40000 shinobis, the other numbers except for madara's case which completely oblitarated garaa´s division are mere assumptions

The estimate feels fairly accurate, though I feel it might be somewhat less.

You have just estimated on your assumptions
It may be correct/ incorrect

But the real interesting analysis would be which village lost the most Shinobi and thus is the most vulnerable
