We know that Danzo was the one who stole one eye from Shisui and wounded him badly:

^^ Another fact is that Itachi only awoken MS after Shisui's suicide falling eyeless in valley.

Now I wonder why didn't Itachi seal Danzo with Totsuka before Uchha's massacre or after it ?

I mean Killing Danzo's was out of options as Itachi knows Root or Konoha would kill Sasuke after finding it out.
However sealing would be perfect way of pacifist as Itachi to end problems connected with Danzo.

I know , MS's abilities take little time to be awoken. However after Uchiha's massacred Itachi already could use Tsukuyiomi and probably Amaterasu as well. Having both MS eyes he would have access to Susanoo as well.. so either it took time or he already could use it.

No. Both items are "spiritual", which means Itachi had them since birth. My theory is that the spirit of the Totsuka Sword and the spirit of the Yata Mirror somehow fused with Itachi's soul or his eyes.

Lol I meant that he wasn't born with them literally, just had potential to unlock them once he awoken Susanoo, sorry for confusion.

However my points still stands as I am talking about MS Itachi JUST before Uchiha's massacre or JUST after it. These were his only opportunities to get rid of Danzo, later he was too busy working under Akatsuki while keeping Konoha safe.
