You gotta give Kakashi some credit even without the sharingan he managed to keep up with Minato and he was like 11 there. U_U

He even forced Minato to use FTG. A s-ranked level technique on a kid.

Kakashi as a kid was leagues above Kid Sasuke during the bell test.
All Kakashi used was basic taijutsu and a D-ranked technique to finish Sasuke off.
Kakashi is a genius in his own right. This is why I keep saying War Arc Kakashi is on Minato's level
