The databook doesn't say exactly what it is and how the technique works, only tells us what Minato wanted to do.

It says something like "create an opening by teleporting", blah blah. There's no proper description for it nor how it's performed or what the end result is. -_-

Basically it just repeats what we already saw in the manga and says it failed.

it's not the same thing, why do people keep saying this.

The game developers made that move up themselves. Had nothing to do with kishi. The name of the jutsu in the game is also entirely different to minato's jutsu in the manga. They have different names, so it's not the same move.

It's all empty hype. The truth is is that it's just a fodder tech as per Kishi's explanation of the jutsu. Read it while you can before butthurt fanboys get it removed.
