Kakashi of the....ehem former Sharingan

No doubt that Kakashi is smart as hell, one of the smartes in the series, but seriously, without the sharignan he's a fodder (compared to the likes of the other Kage and Naruto/Sasuke etc).

So something has to happen with him power-up wise, he needs a sharingan or else he's just a high high level ninja.

Right now, Kakashi isn't even top 20. So what will happen to him?
