You just proved that you don't have a problem with Sasuke using the 10 tails power (eye power), but you want to call Naruto a fodder for using the 10 tails power (body power). The manga just proved Naruto is stronger. Sasuke needed to use the eye power and then receive additional power from the tail beast to match Naruto who was just using his body power. Naruto didn't gain any eye power. Normally Sasuke won't have access to that additional tail beast power useless he keeps the tail beast seal the rest of his life and he always travels with them.

No, he has a biju buddy inside of him helping him in every fight. Any of his "1v1" fights (take the current Naruto vs Sasuke fight), it's actually 2v1. Sasuke is actually at a disadvantage because he facing two entities—two minds (Naruto and Yin Kurama).

Narutos power is sage mode. Kurama is a friend that helps Naruto. Sasukes eye power does a number of great things but it never thinks for him or is actually another helping friend. Bijuus aren't just a boost to the body so your assessment about Narutos body power > Sasukes eye power is plain wrong. Especially when part of the eye power is to control tailed beast.
