Why DSM falls victim to hashirama

1. DSM without an army

(a) He is immune to visual genjutsu
(b) He can heal very fast to counter minor to life threatening physical cutting/piercing or attacks
(c) He doesn't use his eyes(shuts them) He depends strongly on his Smell and Heat senses

1 thing we know Hashirama's back never touched the ground in his life time(his chakra is enormous)

Here Madara even after seeing juubito power he still thinks Hashi sage mode will grant him power > juubito

Hashirama sensing skills are above average, nagato located kabuto with his fodder sensing skills. Do the math you will see that Hashi can sniff out kabuto wherever he is and and make multiple clones to fend Edo Tensei while kicking his ass
(remember KCM Naruto clones where enough to form advantage over Edo Tensei army: you know hashi's chakra)
