Read the manga buddy. Sasuke didn't gain Rinnegan via "Rikudo's Eye Chakra" which is nothing but a fanfictional term you made up. He gave Naruto his Yang and Sasuke his Yin. That is it. The chakra is what caused his eye to turn into a Rinnegan, not some made up "Rikudo Eye Chakra"

Nor do you get Rikudo's Chakra via Rinnegan.

Obito took Rikudo Chakra from Madara and formed a Gudo Dama despite him not having the power of the 9 Bijuu, so no, him being a Jinchuuriki is irrelevant. Rikudo Senjutsu Mode is the mode you enter if you have the Bijuu + Rikudo's Chakra, with the 9 Orbs complete with the staff.

Don't mention Hashirama and Mokuton again unless you can explain why it means that he's stronger than Asura.

Manga shows that he gave them his chakra, his power, which let them get those techniques. That simple. Nor does the manga ever state that he handed specific powers to them, only his chakra. He gave away his chakra and the seals, nothing else.

Hagoromo himself stated his sons chakra transmigrated to certain descendents. Correct? So far the only known descendents were Hashi, Madara, Naruto and Sasuke.

Their chakra is what makes the transmigrants special. Hagoromo and his children havent showed many feats so its dumb to compare them.

Take this into consideration. Yes Indra and Ashura started their respective bloodlines. Yes Hashirama and Madara were the strongest in their clans. Yes Naruto and Sasuke are the strongest now. The reason Hashirama, Madara , Sasuke and Naruto could be stronger now is because they also had power from outside sources. If not then they would all be equal.

Why are the 4 descendents of Ashura and Indra strong? Because they have their ancestors chakra. If not they'd be fodder. All of them.

Why have the descendents surpassed Indra and Ashura? Because they used outside sources to gain power. Hashi=sage mode. Madara=Hashi dna/juubi jin. Sasuke= itachis eyes/ yin seal. Naruto=9 bijuu/yang seal

That supports what I was saying. No DNA in Hagoromo's lineage is better than Hagoromo's, and Ashura and Indra have the highest concentration of it. Their children are irrelevant; the DNA is too diluted to be as potent in them as it is in Ashura/Indra.

How is Konohamaru better than his uncle or father? Asuma was one of the most powerful jonin in the leaf. He just had a bad match up in the akatsuki. He technically killed Hidan twice. Just had to deal with fighting two immortals
