no they literally did what sasue is trying to do now. be the only one with power and force everyone under them. that is the only reasons the nations are even united right now.

Sasuke's goal is not the same as Madara's and Obito's. It's actually not even close. They were planning on forcing people in a dream for the rest of their lives against their will.
