They all have the same powerup since they follow the same rule of balancing natural energy to equal the fractions of spiritual and physical energy. DSM and TSM are the only ones with unique abilities. It pretty much depends on what one thinks is beneficial to them.

hashi's sm. the only reason kabuto stood a chance was because itachi and sasuke wasn't trying to kill him. the kind of strength hashi's offer him is incredible so much that even after madara took his cells, he took his sage mode too. and we all saw what he was like after he got it

Very very stupid argument considering that Kabuto was fighting under the exact same conditions. He never wanted to kill Sasuke because he wanted him alive for his experiments and to take his body, and he wanted to reclaim control over Itachi and turn him into his pawn again, not to mention Itachi was an immortal edo to begin with. How about, the only reason Itachi even stood a chance is because he was an Edo with unlimited stamina and apparently no blindness? Or the only reason Sasuke even stood a chance is cause Kabuto wanted him alive? How does it feel to have your own ignorant logic thrown back at you?

Jiraiya can't do those attacks, period. Those are Fukasaku's and Shima's jutsus exclusively. He can, however, summon them without Sage Mode. They were on the battlefield with Naruto, and he didn't have to be in Sage Mode for them to be there. They are summons.

So no, there really is no argument here.

Naruto had Rasenshuriken before Sage Mode, Hashirama had Buddha before Sage Mode, etc.

Kabuto said those jutsus were derived from Orochimaru's research.

Sage Mode does NOT give you jutsus, it just enhances what you already have.
