Besides, Gai was pushing Juubi jin Madara, who is far superior to VOTE Madara.

Juubi Madara is far far faster than Hashirama. If Guy can pushed Madara that much, then Hashirama would be far easier since he lacks the speed and reactions.

If gai isn't starting with 8th gate ,when gai starts to open it ,hashirama can use bringer of darkness to blind gai ,then hide underground till gai dies,or use the flowers of the world which gai won't be able to find or destroy while he is trapped in the bringer of darkness

Lo'L hashi can't even react to 8th Gais speed. Even Rikudou Madara who possessed hashis sage mode had a hard time reacting to it. Let alone that Madara noted that the power of hashis sage mode disappointed him. This isn't even a low diff match, this is a one-sided stomp.

And also, its weird all Madara did was put up a defense. He could've pulled out Mokuton, chibaku tensei, and so on X_X. So I don't think you should hold on to "Gai almost killed a juubi jin" that much.

It's amazing how people keep forgetting the army of 30,000 ninja's behind them, and Minato, Tobirama, Hiruzen, and the K11 in Bijuu Mode.
